The policy making body of the Filipino Women’s Association – UK (FWA-UK) is to be known as the Executive Board or the Board.
The Executive Board is accountable to the members of FWA-UK for the efficient and effective implementation and management of the policies, objectives, and goals of the Association.
The FWA-UK Executive Board and Trustees ensure the association:
- is carrying out its purposes and objectives.
- complies with charity law requirements
- acts in its best interests
- manages its resources responsibly
- acts with reasonable care and skill
- complies with statutory accounting and reporting requirements
