FWA Event Calendar

The FWA-UK holds a half- yearly general meeting (other than the annual general meeting) normally in May. The business of the half-yearly general meeting is:

• To inform members of any plan for the activities of the FWA-UK for the current business year;
• To seek volunteers for the activities of the Association;

The annual general meeting (AGM) shall be held in each subsequent year (normally in September) and not more than fifteen months may elapse between successive annual general meetings. The business of the annual general meeting shall be:

1. To receive the Association's annual report;
2. To approve the annual audited accounts; 
3. To consider any proposed amendments to the provisions of the constitution; 
4. To consider any other urgent business of which due notice has been given; 
5. To elect members of the Executive Board; 
6. To elect the Association's Trustees.
