Executive Board & Trustees

The policy making body of the Filipino Women’s Association – UK (FWA-UK) is to be known as the Executive Board or the Board.

The Executive Board is accountable to the members of FWA-UK for the efficient and effective implementation and management of the policies, objectives, and goals of the Association.

The FWA-UK Executive Board and Trustees ensure the association:

  1. is carrying out its purposes and objectives.
  2. complies with charity law requirements
  3. acts in its best interests
  4. manages its resources responsibly
  5. acts with reasonable care and skill
  6. complies with statutory accounting and reporting requirements
