We’re delighted to share the heartwarming results of our recent collaboration with the Inner Wheel Club of Rosario Diamond. On 19th January 2025, we embarked on a project called “Project Pagmamahal: Pagkalingang Tapat,” (Project Love: Unwavering Compassion) aimed at supporting the Guanella Home for Special Children in Quezon City, Philippines.
About Guanella Home
Guanella Home is a facility dedicated to caring for abandoned individuals with diverse disabilities. Many residents have been at the centre for a long time, with some having been there since childhood. Their stories are varied; some were found abandoned in public spaces, while others were brought to the centre by relatives or acquaintances.
Our Mission
Inspired by an ocular inspection of the facility, we, along with the Inner Wheel Club of Rosario Diamond, decided to provide much-needed support to the home’s residents. The Inner Wheel Club, guided by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, focuses on assisting less fortunate individuals with healthcare, food, and other necessities.
Project Highlights
The project focused on addressing the health and sanitation needs of 19 abandoned disabled persons at the centre. We provided them with six months’ worth of vitamin C and multivitamins, hygiene kits, T-shirts, and four sacks of rice for a month’s food supply. Additionally, we treated the residents and their carers to snacks and beverages.
Activities and Entertainment
The day was filled with heartwarming moments, including games, song performances by residents, dance numbers, and inspirational messages. It was a beautiful display of joy, resilience, and community spirit.

We are immensely grateful to the Inner Wheel Club of Rosario Diamond for their partnership in this endeavour. Their dedication to serving the community is truly inspiring. We also extend our thanks to everyone who contributed to this project, especially our donors and volunteers. Your generosity has made a real difference in the lives of these special individuals.
Looking Ahead
We are committed to continuing our support for Guanella Home and other similar organisations. We believe that everyone deserves access to basic necessities and a chance to live a fulfilling life.
This project was a testament to the power of collective action and compassion. We are proud to have been a part of it and look forward to making a positive impact on more lives in the future.
