The Public Information Office of Jose Panganiban from the province of Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur sent their appreciation to FWA-UK for the ‘Ayuda’ to benefit the victims of the strongest typhoon ‘Ulysses’ that hit their region. It was a great help for the victims to rebuild their lives.
