Annual General Meeting is held yearly to report the Association’s audited financial report and to elect the Executive Board & Trustees.
We are going to have our annual general meeting on Sunday, 27 September 2020. It will be at St. Mary Abbots Centre, Vicarage Gate, London W8 4HN, a few minutes walk from Kensington High Street underground station.
Everything is being done according to the latest Government guidelines. The place is big so there’s more than enough room for social distancing. We have face shields for you, all you have to do is bring your face masks. Lunch will also be provided and you can buy your drinks from the caterer; you may bring your own drinks if you prefer.
Please arrive at 12:00 so we can have a quick lunch and start the meting proper at 13:00. We will try to make the meeting as quick as possible to avoid the risk of Covid infection. Temperatures will be taken so please bear with us as we do that and distribute the face shields as well.
