We are deeply sad to inform you that our beloved Founder and President of Honour of FWA-UK, Mrs. Angeles ‘Nene’ Tuason Quimson, passed away on 27th November 2021 after a short battle with lung cancer.
Known to us as Tita Nene, she will be missed by everyone here at FWA-UK and in the Filipino community in the UK. Please pray for the repose of her soul.
A Memorial Mass to remember her is scheduled on Wednesday 5th of January 2022, at 2pm. It will be held at Carmelite Church, 41 Kensington Church St., London W8 4BB. A final reminder will be issued nearing the date when we will be guided by government rules on Covid restrictions.
May her soul rest in peace.
